Dr Lee Music Concerts, Masterclasses and Workshops
12th July- 14th July 2017 were the days should be marked, since Dr Lee Music Music Salon Concert was held successfully. The concert was exceptionally well participated by students in Dr Lee Music and their supporting families, with approximately total 100 individuals. During the three-day-concerts, students presented their music learning results to teacher, parents and the peers. All the children experienced wonderful and memorable time.
The pieces of music in the concert varied in different levels as well as styles. Some of the performers were beginners with only about one or two years learning experience and some of them acquired relatively higher grades, several students were even in the top grades. Performers also played different styles of music. All these little actors and actresses show the steady grounding, positive attitudes and favourable musical expression, which extremely moved the audience and obtained warm applause.
Besides, teachers also present wonderful performance. Dr Lee sang a Chinese Song (name) with accompaniment by himself. Piano piece, colourful clouds chasing the moon; Guzheng, Daughter’s love; Erhu, Horse Racing also presented as well, which shows the variety and colourfulness of the music courses in Dr Lee Music.
The concert was a conclusion of music learning for students during a period. Students can learn advantages from each other and know about each other, inspiring themselves for future studying and practicing. At the same time, it is a bridge between teachers and parents for a better communication. What is more, it is also a great chance for students and parents to appreciate Dr Lee’s contribution to music education. This kind of concert is like a party, gathering everybody into a big warm family. Hoping more students will join us.
